Haiti Broilers S.A. (HB) is a joint venture company between the Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) and outstanding Haitian business partners, Tropic S.A. The purpose of the company is to help develop the poultry and farming industry through the supply of Baby Broiler Chicks, Started Layer Pullets, Animal Feeds, Medication and supplies to Haitian farmers so they can launch profitable farming ventures. To accomplish this, Haiti Broilers has established a Feed Mill and Hatchery and hired a team of Haitian Technical Sales Reps that operate island wide to help farmers utilize modern scientific techniques to obtain profitable production.

HB has been hatching chicks and producing premium feeds from its facilities at Lafiteau and has a large layer and broiler farm in Thomazeau. In addition to daily production of table eggs the farm produces ready-to lay pullets to supply to farmers. Under its Hi-Pro brand name, HB consistently seeks to satisfy the need for quality broiler chicks, pullets, feeds, equipment and free technical advice to poultry farmers. As a major purchaser of grains HB has been buying local corn and sorghum grown all around the country. Haiti Broilers also sells farm equipment and pharmaceuticals to support the farming community.

Under its Hi-Pro brand name, HB consistently seeks to satisfy the need for quality broiler chicks, pullets, feeds, equipment and free technical advice to poultry farmers. HB has been hatching chicks and producing premium feeds from its facilities at Lafiteau, just north of Port-au-Prince. A chicken processing plant produces chilled and frozen poultry meats under the Le Chic Poulet brand. These fresh and tasty products are popular in supermarkets, restaurants and hotels. HB has a large layer and broiler farm in Thomazeau. In addition to daily production of table eggs, which are marketed under the HB Oeufs brand, the farm produces ready-to lay pullets to supply to farmers and broilers primarily for the Lafiteau processing plant.HB has demonstrated its corporate citizenship by hosting major, family oriented “Fun in the Son” Gospel Festivals in the capital city over the past two years. This community outreach has provided wholesome family entertainment and spiritual upliftment to many Haitians.
