DISASTER RESPONSE

Our HaitiOne Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) has been conducting assessments and responses since 4 hours after the earthquake on August 14th, 2021. Please see below for the latest information including support needs, situation reports from the field (SITREPS), a map of our work, links for assistance request and more.

Here are the specific types of needs that your “Emergency Response” gifts will help fund:

  • Cots for patients at hospitals $60

  • Generators for hospitals $2,500

  • Large canopy tent shelter for hospitals $15,000

  • Pharmaceuticals $25,000

  • General Medical Supplies $25,000
     

Family Assistance

  • Meals for a family for a week $10

  • Hygiene kits $25

  • Family emergency shelters $40

  • Water filtration kits $50
     

Supply Delivery

  • Barge of supplies $5,000

  • Shipping container of supplies from US $10,000

  • Truck to deliver supplies $50,000

  • Fuel for vehicles and barge $50,000

  • Canter to deliver supplies and transport staff/volunteers $60,000
